After I contact Heather McElvery of Simon & Associates she made a site visit with a week’s time. She prepared and emailed me their proposal and after signing the contract scheduled the work after receiving the materials. Due to internal employee scheduling the work had to be completed over two day which did not cause any problems. They sealed the two sumps and placed the extraction point and fan on the side of the house. They provided a short term radiation test kit for retesting and picked up the test kit after the test was completed and provided the results of the test showing that the radiation level was significantly reduced."
